GM series silicone additive is made of polyalkoxysilane with high molecular weight, appear as white (FAINT YELLOW) particle and powder. The product is the best lubrication system used in a high‑filled halogen‑free flame retardant cable, also is the latest choice for TPE and other new cable. It overcomes the disadvantage in processing and properties which traditional additive like simethicone has. There are some advantages below:

No oil, no precipitation, no die aperture accumulation, with excellent stability and non‑migration.

• Significantly improve the wire drawing speed, increase the yield, improve the plastic processing fluidity and demolding. Decrease the torque/equipment wear, especially suitable for use in halogen‑free flame retardant cable material, good for appearance of final products.
• Significantly decrease the material friction coefficient, improve smoothness, improve the surface gloss, enhance the surface silk touch. Improvement for the flame retardant material in flame retardant, smoke density, impact property and glossiness.
