Instructions for Use

◇ Preparation: Before use, be sure to stir the compound thoroughly up and down and check whether the curing agent has expired. The area to be potted should preferably be wiped clean with anhydrous ethanol, acetone, or other solvents.

◇ Mixing: Weigh according to the mixing ratio. Thoroughly mix the two components, being careful to scrape the bottom and side walls of the mixing container.

◇ Degassing: To ensure that no bubble defects remain in the cured rubber, place the mixed compound together with its container in a vacuum degassing device and degas under vacuum. During vacuum degassing, the liquid level of the mixture may rise to 3-4 times the original volume before the bubbles automatically collapse. After the bubbles have collapsed, maintain the vacuum for 4-6 minutes, then release the vacuum.

◇ Potting: Slowly pour the compound into the cavity of the component to be potted. It cures naturally into an elastomer at room temperature, taking about 10-20 hours. Electrical property testing is best performed one week after room-temperature curing or after full curing at room temperature 25℃×24 h + 80℃×4 h.
