Instructions for Use
Components A and B of the liquid silicone rubber are fed from the reserve tanks of the injection equipment, mixed by a static mixer at the mixing ratio, and injected into the molding mold. They are then directly injected by screw into a mold preheated to 100℃-110℃, and after about 30 minutes, the cured elastomer is obtained.
Curing Conditions
The curing time depends on the size of the part. For applications where heat can be transferred quickly to reach the set temperature, and for larger parts, sufficient consideration should be given to the time required for heat transfer. The time needed for cooling and demolding also depends on the size of the part and the temperature selected for the curing process.
