Instructions for Use
During manual operation, mix evenly according to the ratio, then degas by reducing pressure under vacuum. Pot the degassed compound and allow it to stand at room temperature for 24h to cure. Complete the silicone rubber processing operation within the specified pot life. Mechanical injection is recommended. Components A and B of the liquid silicone rubber are fed from the reserve tanks of the injection equipment, mixed by a static mixer at the mixing ratio, and injected into the molding mold. The pot life of the mixed A and B components at room temperature (25℃) is about 60 minutes. However, a rise in temperature will shorten the pot life. If the injection molding equipment is shut down for a long time, the compound remaining in the mixing section (static mixer) should be cleaned out promptly, or the mixing section (static mixer) should be removed and stored sealed in a low-temperature environment (below -10℃).
Curing Conditions
This product can be cured at room temperature or rapidly cured under heating conditions. The curing time depends on the size of the part. For larger parts, sufficient consideration should be given to the time required for heat transfer. The time needed for cooling and demolding also depends on the size of the part and the temperature selected for the curing process.
