Instructions for Use

◇ Weighing: Weigh the appropriate proportion of components A and B according to the ratio

◇ Mixing: Thoroughly mix the two components, being careful to scrape the bottom and side walls of the mixing container.

◇ Degassing: To ensure that no bubble defects remain in the cured rubber, place the mixed compound together with its container in a vacuum degassing device and degas under vacuum. During vacuum degassing, the liquid level of the mixture may rise to 3-4 times the original volume before the bubbles automatically collapse. After the bubbles have collapsed, maintain the vacuum for 4-6 minutes, then release the vacuum.

◇ Potting: Pour the compound by hand or by machine.

◇ Molding: After the silicone rubber mold has cured at room temperature for 24h, treat it at 100℃ for 1h, and the mold is ready for use.
