Instructions for Use
◇ Weighing: Add 2-4 parts of the matching curing agent to every 100 parts by weight of the compound.
◇ Mixing: Thoroughly mix the two components, being careful to scrape the bottom and side walls of the mixing container.
◇ Degassing: To ensure that no bubble defects remain in the cured rubber, place the mixed compound together with its container in a vacuum degassing device and degas under vacuum. During vacuum degassing, the liquid level of the mixture may rise to 3-4 times the original volume before the bubbles automatically collapse. After the bubbles have collapsed, maintain the vacuum for 4-6 minutes, then release the vacuum.
◇ Molding and Curing: Brush or pour the prepared compound by hand or injection into the mold, rotate the mold so that the compound flows along the inner wall of the mold to form, and cure naturally at room temperature for 24 hours.
