Instructions for Use
◇ Preparation: Use organic solvents such as alcohol and acetone to wipe the surface of the component to be coated or potted clean, removing oil stains and other impurities.
◇ Weighing and Mixing: Weigh components M and N by weight ratio into a clean container. Thoroughly mix, being careful to scrape the bottom and side walls of the mixing container.
◇ Degassing: To ensure that no bubble defects remain in the cured rubber, place the mixed compound together with its container in a vacuum degassing device and degas under vacuum.
◇ Potting and Curing: After pouring the compound, it is best to degas under vacuum again. After curing under the curing conditions, a transparent elastomer is obtained. GN-521 and GN-512 have good physical and mechanical properties and good adhesion to substrates; GRESIL®
